What are the payment terms in our supplier agreements?
Two of the three current agreements use net 30 from invoice date. The Nordic supplier agreement uses net 45, with a 2% early-settlement discount inside 10 days.

Built so the safe thing is the default
Isolation is enforced by the database rather than by remembering to filter. Every claim below is a property of the code, and each is covered by a test that fails if it stops being true.
Isolation in the database
Every tenant-owned row carries a workspace id, and Postgres row level security checks it on every read and write. A forgotten filter in application code returns nothing rather than another customer's data.
Permissions that reach the file
Restricting a document hides it from the list, from search results, from the assistant and from storage itself — enforced by policy, not by hiding a button.
An append-only audit trail
Uploads, invitations, permission changes and workspace lifecycle events are recorded as they happen. The table has no update or delete policy: history cannot be quietly rewritten.
Sessions built to be revoked
Cookies are httpOnly and beyond JavaScript's reach. Changing your password verifies the old one first, and signing out everywhere ends every session including the ones you have forgotten.
Security certifications are currently in progress. As Velnora grows, certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 and independent penetration testing will be added here.

How is my data kept separate from other customers'?
By Postgres row level security, inside the database. Every tenant-owned row carries a workspace id and every policy checks it, so isolation does not depend on the application remembering to filter. A mistake in a query returns no rows rather than someone else's.
What can the AI assistant see?
Only the documents in the workspace you are in, and only those you personally have access to — a restricted file you have not been granted stays invisible to the assistant as well as to you. Each reply lists the documents it drew on, or answers from general knowledge and does not claim otherwise.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Every new account gets 14 days with no card required. Choose a plan before it ends and nothing is interrupted; subscribing part-way through does not restart the trial or charge you early. Your workspace and its contents stay either way.
Is Automations available?
Not yet. It is on the roadmap and appears in the feature grid marked as such, so you can see where it sits — but nothing in the product runs rules against your workspace today.
Do you support SSO, or have a public API?
Neither today. SSO/SAML and custom integrations can be arranged as part of an enterprise engagement rather than being switched on from a plan, and there is no public API or warehouse sync yet.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace and everything in it stays. A cancelled subscription ends access to the paid plan rather than locking or deleting anything, and Stripe keeps retrying a failed card for several days before that happens.
